What this service is, and what it is not

Decision support, not a warranty

Elarix produces a traceable reading of measurement data you supply. Every figure it displays is computed directly from your delivered source and can be traced back to the originating cell. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the underlying measurement data, and the analysis is intended to inform commercial judgement rather than replace it. Decisions taken on the basis of it remain yours.

No causal or elasticity claims

The service reports co-movement against a stated baseline. It does not claim causation, does not estimate price elasticity, and does not attribute contribution to promotion. Where the data cannot support a conclusion, the service says so rather than estimating. Any figure described in the interface as a limitation is a limitation, not a caveat.

Access is revocable

Access is granted to named individuals for a specific workspace, and may be withdrawn by either party at any time and without notice. Access is verified on every request rather than once at sign-in, so a withdrawal takes effect immediately. Accounts are not transferable and credentials must not be shared.

Your data stays yours

Data you supply remains yours. We hold it solely to produce your analysis. We do not sell it, do not share it with any third party, and do not use it to train models. We do not disclose the existence of an engagement: the service is built so that a workspace you are not entitled to is indistinguishable from one that does not exist.

What we record

We keep an access record so we can tell you who saw what and when. It stores identifiers only — the time, the workspace, the user and organisation identifiers, the outcome, and which screen was requested. It has no field capable of holding a KPI value, a client name, or free text of any kind. That is enforced by the shape of the record, not by policy alone.

Availability

The service is provided during an evaluation without an availability commitment. Where data cannot be read, it declines to display figures rather than showing partial or stale ones.

Changes

These terms may change; material changes will be notified to the named contacts on an engagement before taking effect. Questions about these terms, about where your data is held, or about data processing arrangements should go to your Elarix contact.
